- develop proficiency in applying evidence-based guidelines and principles to develop optimal management strategies
for pediatric infections, taking into account age, weight, and underlying medical conditions
- apply knowledge and skills gained to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes in pediatric infectious diseases
management, with a focus on optimizing antimicrobial therapy and reducing the emergence of antimicrobial
resistance
- develop strategies for ongoing professional development and collaboration to address the unique challenges of
pediatric infectious diseases management in general hospitals across Europe and beyond
